Orders can be made on-line through our secure site using PAYPAL or WORLDPAY. Alternatively, you can telephone our sales line on 00 44 (0)1539 738200 and give your order to one of our Sales Staff.
All stock items will be despatched the same day by 1st Class Royal Mail if order placed before 16.00 hrs, Monday to Thursday and 15:30 Friday.
We honour all of our imaging consumable (ink, toner, drum, fuser, etc...) 100% for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Cartridges which are returned, but not defective, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative costs and postage costs.
In the event you receive a defective item, there are (2) options that you may choose from:
- We will replace the defective item and issue you a pre-paid postage label to return the defective item at no cost to you. The defective item must be sent back to KC INKS within 15 days to avoid being charged for the advanced replacement.
- You can return the defective item to us for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Upon receipt of a return requesting a full refund, KC INKS will process your request within 1 week.
